Ingredients to Gather

- Creamy peanut butter. You can use your favorite peanut butter. Natural peanut butter or regular peanut butter will all work for this recipe. Peanut butter is amazing in cookies! I love it in peanut butter and jam cookies too!
- Sugar. White sugar will be used both in the peanut butter cookie dough and also to roll the cookie dough ball in. Brown sugar can be used in the dough, but you will still need white sugar to roll the dough balls in.

How To Make 3-Ingredient Peanut Butter Blossoms

Tips and Tricks
- A small cookie scoop will ensure that all the cookies are the same size when they are baking.
- The cookies will still be moist and soft when they come out of the oven.
- Put the Hershey kiss on the top of the cookie as soon as they come out of the preheated oven. The Hershey kiss will start to get soft in the center of the hot cookie when you first put it on the cookie. It will harden again as the cookie cools so make sure to not move the cookies once the kiss goes on the peanut blossoms and they are on a wire cooling rack.
Variations
- Add some chocolate chips! To take this classic cookie to the next level, add some chocolate chips to the peanut butter dough! Dark chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips would all be delicious in these cookies.
- Add vanilla extract! If you love vanilla, there's no harm in adding 1 teaspoon of vanilla directly into the batter.
- Change the Hershey kiss! There are so many different types of Hershey kisses out there! You can use dark chocolate, Hershey hugs, or even a chocolate heart!

Storage Instructions
Once the cookies have cooled to room temperature and the Hershey kiss has hardened again, place them in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
To freeze these cookies, place them in a Ziploc gallon bag and freeze for up to 3 months. To defrost, place the cookies on the counter and let them come to room temperature. Then arrange these easy peanut butter blossom cookies on a tray to share with friends and family!
Recipe FAQs
Usually when a peanut butter blossom is dry it means that there is too much flour in the cookie dough. The great thing about these cookies is that there is no flour! They stay moist throughout the baking process.
Sure! You can use coconut sugar or your favorite brand of sugar.
If your peanut butter blossoms are hard, you have cooked them for too long. Make sure to keep them in the oven for 10-12 minutes and not much longer.
