Well not these crispy wings! They are baked to crispy perfection right in the oven and come out perfectly crisp every time! Serve them as is or with your favorite wings sauce.

Best Type of Wings to Broil
There are lots of different chicken wings in the grocery store. You can find the whole chicken wings in the fresh poultry section of the grocery store. Those are the ones I bought and then I cut the wing tips off and cut the wings into drumettes and wings. Don't throw out the wing tips though! Use them to make homemade chicken broth to keep in the freezer for the next time you make soup.
If you don't want to fuss with cutting up the whole wings, you can buy the wing pieces in bags. They are usually in the frozen aisle. Make sure to defrost the wings before cooking them. You don't want to cook poultry from the frozen state.
