- 3 lbs Chicken Wings Cut into wing pieces and drumettes
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
Lower the rack in your oven to 6 inches from the broiler element. Preheat the broiler to high heat.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil or a silicone mat and top it with a wire rack. Set that aside.
In a large bowl, mix the oil and seasonings with the chicken wings.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
Bake for 10 minutes and then flip the wings. Bake for another 8-10 minutes until crispy. Serve as is or toss wings in your favorite wing sauce.
- Keep an eye on the wings once you flip them. They can take anywhere from 5-10 minutes on the second side when you broil them.
- The internal temperature of the wings should reach 165 degrees F.
- Once the wings are cooked, toss them in creamy buffalo sauce or your favorite hot sauce.
- Dip the crispy chicken wings in blue cheese dressing for a tangy yet cooling delight!
- If you don't have a wire rack, you can broil the chicken wings right on a sheet pan. Make sure to line the baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil to make cleanup a breeze!
