Bisquick Breakfast Casserole (With Ham and Cheese)
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Bisquick Pancake Mix
- ½ cup Melted Butter
- 1 cup Milk Whole milk, 2%, or your favorite type of milk.
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Ham Chopped
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with butter or cooking spray. Set that aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the Bisquick, melted butter, milk, and eggs. Mix well.
- Add the seasonings to the bowl. Mix again.
- Mix in the chopped ham and the shredded cheese. Mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased casserole dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes to set. Serve immediately.
