Bisquick Breakfast Casserole (With Ham and Cheese)

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Bisquick Pancake Mix
  • ½ cup Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Milk Whole milk, 2%, or your favorite type of milk.
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 cups Ham Chopped
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with butter or cooking spray. Set that aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the Bisquick, melted butter, milk, and eggs. Mix well.
  • Add the seasonings to the bowl. Mix again.
  • Mix in the chopped ham and the shredded cheese. Mix until combined.
  • Pour the batter into the greased casserole dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes to set. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add veggies! Add bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, or whatever your favorite veggies are.
  • Change the meat! Use breakfast sausage, cooked bacon, or cooked turkey bacon instead of ham.
  • Change the cheese! Colby jack, Monterey jack, or your favorite type of cheese would all work in this recipe.
  • Serve this breakfast casserole with maple syrup, fresh fruit, and whatever your favorite brunch items are.
