- 1 ½ cups Bisquick Pancake Mix
- ½ cup Melted Butter
- 1 cup Milk Whole milk, 2%, or your favorite type of milk.
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Ham Chopped
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish with butter or cooking spray. Set that aside.
In a large mixing bowl, add the Bisquick, melted butter, milk, and eggs. Mix well.
Add the seasonings to the bowl. Mix again.
Mix in the chopped ham and the shredded cheese. Mix until combined.
Pour the batter into the greased casserole dish. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow it to cool for 10-15 minutes to set. Serve immediately.
