- Pure Flavor® Sweet Bell Peppers- They provide a thick "crust" for your pizza
- Shredded Chicken- You can make your own Instant Pot shredded chicken, or you can use a rotisserie chicken shredded.
- Cheese- Feta for the Greek pizza and mozzarella for all the other types of pizza.
- Artichokes and Kalamata Olives- for the Greek pizza.
- Marinara sauce- If you have homemade, use that or use your favorite brand.

How To Make Bell Pepper Pizzas
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the stem and seeds.
- Place the bell pepper halves on the baking sheet and press them down so they flatten slightly.
- Bake the peppers for 10 minutes to soften them slightly.
- After the 10 minutes is up, top the peppers with your favorite toppings.
- Bake them again for another 10 minutes.
- Remove them from the oven and serve.
What To Top Bell Pepper Pizzas With
Buffalo Chicken Pizza- In a bowl, mix together your favorite buffalo sauce and shredded chicken. Spoon the buffalo chicken into the pepper and top with mozzarella cheese.
Barbecue Chicken Pizza- In a bowl, add the shredded chicken and your favorite barbecue sauce. Mix together until the barbecue sauce is incorporated with the chicken. Spoon the chicken mixture over the pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.
Greek Pizza- Cut the artichokes into quarters and place two quarters in each bell pepper. Top with olives and feta. Bake for 10 minutes.
Cheese pizza- Add 2 tablespoons of your favorite marinara sauce into the bell pepper. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
