Strawberry Kefir Ice Cream {No Churn}
When it gets hot out, it's time to make some homemade ice cream! Strawberry Kefir Ice Cream is so easy to make and so refreshing! And the best part is, you don't need an ice cream maker!

- 2 cups Strawberry Lifeway Kefir
- 1 cup Fresh Strawberries
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- ⅓ cup Maple Syrup
Clean the strawberries and cut off the stem portion of the strawberries. Place them in a high-speed blender.
Add the lemon juice, maple syrup, and strawberry Kefir.
Blend on high speed for 1 minutes until creamy.
Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4-5 hours until frozen solid.
When ready to use, scoop the ice cream into a bowl and enjoy!
- Frozen strawberries can be used instead of fresh strawberries.
- Maple syrup, agave, or granulated sugar can be used to sweeten the ice cream.
