- 2 lbs Chicken Wings Cut into drumettes and wingettes
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ½ teaspoon Paprika
In a small bowl, add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix until combined.
Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. Make sure to remove any excess liquid and get them as dry as possible.
In a large bowl, toss the wings with the seasoning mix.
Add the olive oil to a large skillet and preheat over medium high heat for a few minutes.
In a single layer, add the chicken wings. Do not overcrowd the pan. Cook for 6-8 minutes on one side and then flip the chicken wings and cook for another 6-8 minutes on the second side.
Once the wings are golden brown and an internal temperature of 165 degrees F is reached, remove the wings from the pan and serve with your favorite dips and sauces.
- Be sure to pat the chicken wings as dry as possible. This will make sure that the wings get as golden brown and crispy as possible.
- This is just a base seasoning recipe. If you have a favorite seasoning blend that your family likes, use that!
- Serve these wings with creamy blue cheese dip and creamy buffalo sauce!
