- ½ cup Fresh Strawberries
- ½ cup Fresh Raspberries
- ½ cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 1 ½ cups Raspberry Kefir
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 cup Ice
Wash all the berries and cut the stem off the strawberries. Peel the banana.
Add all the ingredients to the blender and add at least 1 cup of ice. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, add more ice.
Blend the smoothie until the consistency is pourable. Serve immediately.
- I used raspberry kefir in this recipe, but you can use your favorite flavor of kefir. Lifeway has tons of different flavors! You can even grab plain kefir to limit the amount of sugar in the smoothie.
- Use frozen fruit! If you don't have fresh berries, use frozen strawberries
- Make popsicles! Pour the blended smoothie into popsicle molds and freeze for a few hours. The kids love these popsicles in the Summer heat!
