Hot Cocoa Fudge (Only 3 Ingredients)
This 3 Ingredient Hot Cocoa Fudge is an easy and delicious treat to enjoy throughout the holiday season! No need to use a candy thermometer, this fudge is made with sweetened condensed milk, a bag of chocolate chips, and mini marshmallow bits!

- 1 Bag Semisweet Chocolate Chips 12 Ounces
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 Ounces
- 1 ½ cups Marshmallow Bits
Create a double boiler by adding an inch of water to a saucepan and topping the pan with a large melt bowl. Make sure the water does not touch the bottom of the pan.
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Set that aside.
Over medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly.
When the fudge melts completely, carefully pour it into the prepared baking dish. Top it with the marshmallow bits. Press the bits into the fudge a little to make sure they stick.
Place the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to harden the fudge. You can also leave it at room temperature for at least 4 hours until hardened. When the fudge hardens, cut it into small pieces and enjoy.
- Keep the hardened hot cocoa fudge in an airtight container on the counter. Try to eat it within 3 or 4 days so it does not go stale.
- This hot cocoa fudge is also a great recipe to freeze! You can freeze it up to 3 months before you need it. When you want to defrost it, take it out of the freezer and keep it on the counter until it defrosts.
- To make this in the microwave, add the sweetened condensed milk and the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 1 minute increments. Stir in between each increment and then pour it into the prepared baking dish.
- You can use milk chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, or even white chocolate chips in this recipe.
