Creamy Instant Pot Feta and Tomato Pasta

- 1 lb Pasta Your favorite variety
- 4 cups Broth Chicken broth, vegetable broth, or water
- 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes Washed
- 2 tablespoon Pesto Your favorite variety
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 8 ounces Feta Block
Add the pasta, chicken broth, pesto, garlic powder, and tomatoes to the Instant Pot.
Top with the feta block. Do not stir.
Close the Instant Pot and set pressure to "high" for 5 minutes.
Manually release the pressure after the cooking time.
Open the Instant Pot and stir all the ingredients. It will look a little watery but as you stir, it will thicken up. Enjoy!
- To make this vegetarian, use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth.
- Do not use crumbled feta. You need to use a block of feta in this recipe
