Creamy Instant Pot Feta and Tomato Pasta

Ready in under 15 minutes, this Creamy Instant Pot Feta Pasta is a quick and easy weeknight dinner! We've all heard of the TikTok baked feta pasta, but why not use your Instant Pot to make it even faster?

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pasta Your favorite variety
  • 4 cups Broth Chicken broth, vegetable broth, or water
  • 1 pint Cherry Tomatoes Washed
  • 2 tablespoon Pesto Your favorite variety
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 8 ounces Feta Block

Instructions

  • Add the pasta, chicken broth, pesto, garlic powder, and tomatoes to the Instant Pot.
  • Top with the feta block. Do not stir.
  • Close the Instant Pot and set pressure to "high" for 5 minutes.
  • Manually release the pressure after the cooking time.
  • Open the Instant Pot and stir all the ingredients. It will look a little watery but as you stir, it will thicken up. Enjoy!

Notes

  • To make this vegetarian, use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth.
  • Do not use crumbled feta.  You need to use a block of feta in this recipe
