Cinnamon Streusel Banana Bread

Full of cinnamon and banana, this banana bread is moist and delicious and will become your new favorite banana bread recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • cup Granulated Sugar
  • cup Butter Melted
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Bananas Very Ripe
  • ½ tablespoon Cinnamon

Streusel Topping

  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¼ cup All Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Melted
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°. Prepare a loaf pan by spreading softened butter all over the inside.
  • In a small bowl, peel the bananas and mash them very well. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix with a fork to combine and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the sugar and melted butter. Mix well to combine. Add the eggs and whisk until everything is mixed together. Add the bananas and mix to combine.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix to combine. Do not over mix. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf tin.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together all of the streusel topping ingredients. Sprinkle the streusel topping over the banana bread batter.
  • Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake for 1 hour. Check the banana bread after one hour. If it needs a little more time, place it back in the oven for another few minutes until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean. Let the banana bread cool before slicing. Enjoy!
