Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Grease a donut pan well with coconut oil or cooking spray.
Ina large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder. Set that aside.
In a medium bowl, mix the egg, Peach Lifeway Oat, and coconut oil. Whisk well.
Add the wet ingredients to the flour and baking powder mixture. With a wooden spoon or a spatula, mix well. Do not overmix. There will be a few lumps in the batter.
Fold in the peach chunks until just incorporated.
Add the batter to a gallon sized Ziploc bag. Cut off the end of the Ziploc bag and pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan.
Bake the donuts for 18 minutes. When a toothpick is inserted into the middle they are done.
When the donuts are done, take them out of the pan and place them on a wire rack to cool.
While the donuts cool, mix ⅓ cup of powdered sugar with 2 tablespoons of Peaches and Cream Lifeway Oat. Mix until there are no lumps.
Dip the donuts in the glaze when they have cooled slightly.
Enjoy!
