- 1 ½ cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 8 oz Strawberry Cream Cheese Room Temperature
- 8 oz Marshmallow Fluff 1 cup
Instructions
- Add the heavy whipping cream to the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Whip for 4-5 minutes until whipped cream forms.
- Add the strawberry cream cheese and fluff and mix again until all the ingredients are fully incorporated. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator.
Notes
- If you don't have a stand mixer, a large mixing bowl with a hand mixer will work too.
- Add in extra ingredients for a fruit salad feel! To make this more of a strawberry fluff salad, add mini marshmallows, mandarin oranges, chunks of fresh strawberries, or your favorite fruit! It will be reminiscent of those vintage recipes we love so much!
- Add more protein! Feel free to mix in cottage cheese for a little more protein for a delicious after school snack or breakfast side dish!
- Freeze it! I made this dish for my daughter and she said it would make a great ice cream, and she's right! Add this easy strawberry fluff to a loaf pan, cover a freezer safe loaf pan with plastic wrap and freeze for up to 3 months.
