- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 3 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 3 tablespoon Milk
Add the butter to a microwave-safe mug and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
When the butter is melted, add the flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk.
Mix all the ingredients together until they are well combined and looks like pancake batter.
Place the mug in the microwave and set the cooking time to 1 minute. Depending on the wattage of your microwave, you might need a few more seconds. Serve with maple syrup and butter and enjoy!
