Ingredients

  • 1 cup Walnuts Whole, not chopped
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • Cinnamon Just a pinch!
  • Salt Just a pinch!

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a skillet over medium heat. Stir constantly until sugar melts and coats nuts (about 5 minutes). Spread on parchment to cool.

Notes

  • This is a great recipe to double or triple! You can make a really big batch, just make sure to have enough pans to cool the walnuts on parchment paper.
  • Add a mixture of nuts! You can use pecans, walnuts, almonds, or cashews.  Any nut is a great nut to caramelize!
