Ingredients

  • 4 Flour Tortillas
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Place the tortillas on a cutting board and cut out shapes with your cookie cutters.
  • Arrange the cut out shapes on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Brush the cut out tortillas with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle with salt and bake for 8-10 minutes. Keep an eye on the oven to ensure the chips do not burn. Allow the chips to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Depending on the thickness of the tortilla will depend on the cooking time.  Usually the baking time is 8-10 minutes, but if the tortillas are thin, it will take less time.
  • Use a pastry brush and brush olive oil on the tortillas, or use olive oil cooking spray and spray the tortillas.'
  • Corn tortillas can be used instead of flour tortillas, but the baking time might be a little different.  Keep an eye on the baking sheet and check them after 5 minutes.
