- 1 Cup Raspberries
- 1 Cup Clementines Peeled and segmented
- 1 Cup Pineapple
- 1 Cup Green Grapes
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Cup Red Grapes
Wash all of the fruit well and cut the pineapple into bite sized pieces.
Assemble the rainbow. Starting from the inside, add the red grapes.
Add the blueberries above the red grapes.
Add the green grapes above the blueberries.
Add the pineapple pieces above the green grapes.
Add the clementine segments above the pineapples.
Add the raspberries above the clementines.
- To make this rainbow platter ahead of time, assemble the platter and cover tightly with plastic wrap. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
