- 1 cup Water
- 12 Eggs
- Ice Water Bath
Place a trivet or steamer basket in the bottom of your Instant Pot. Add 1 cup of water to the pot.
Carefully place all the eggs onto the trivet.
Seal the lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes. Once the cook time is done, let the pressure naturally release for 5 minutes.
Then do a quick release of any remaining pressure. Place the eggs immediately to an ice bath for 5 minutes to stop the cooking. After 5 minutes, remove the eggs from the ice bath and serve!
- Soft-Boiled Eggs. Pressure cook for 3 minutes, quick release, and 5-minute ice bath.
- Medium-Boiled Eggs. Pressure cook for 4 minutes, quick release, and 5-minute ice bath.
- Hard-Boiled Eggs. Pressure cook for 5 minutes, natural release for 5 minutes, and 5-minute ice bath.
