Easy Banana Pancakes with Bisquick
If you have some ripe bananas on the counter, use them to make these delicious Banana Pancakes with Bisquick! With only a few simple ingredients, you'll have delicious pancakes in no time!

- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 ¼ cups Milk Whole milk or your favorite non-dairy milk
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Bananas Brown and Spotty
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
In a medium bowl, add the bananas. Mash them well until the bananas is very mashed.
Add the large eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and Bisquick mix to mashed banana. Mix the pancake mixture together. It's ok if there are a few lumps left in the batter, it doesn't have to be smooth.
Place a little butter in a griddle or a pan. Scoop ¼ cup of batter into the melted butter in the pan and cook until bubbles start coming through the pancake, which will take about 2-3 minutes. Both sides of the pancake should be golden brown.
Flip the pancake over and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve with warm maple syrup, fresh fruit, and butter.
- Depending on how big you make the pancakes will depend on how many pancakes you will get. This recipe makes about 10 large pancakes using a ¼ cup measuring cup.
- The bananas should be brown and spotty, but not black.
- You can use your favorite milk for this recipe.
- If you have another pancake mix it will work too!
