Ingredients

  • 1 cup Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • ½ cup Sour Cream Full Fat or Low Fat
  • cup Mayo
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • ½ Lemon Juiced
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  • Place the dip in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • This easy blue cheese dip recipe is quite thick. I like a thicker consistency in my dips. If you like a smooth dip, feel free to mix everything in the food processor for a really creamy consistency.
  • Let the dip hang out in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving. This will let the flavors meld together to get the tangiest flavor possible. The longer you can let it meld in the refrigerator the better the taste will be!
  • Top this dip in the serving bowl with more blue cheese crumbles or with chopped fresh parsley and chopped fresh chives.
