Sourdough  Irish Soda Bread

When March comes around, it's time to make Sourdough Irish Soda Bread! It's simple to make, and a great way to use your leftover sourdough starter!

Add all the wet ingredients to the bowl of a stand mixer.

Add the raisins and the rest of the dry ingredients to the bowl.

Mix well and then add the dough to a parchment paper lined cast iron skillet.

Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until a toothpick is inserted into the center and comes out clean.

Allow the bread to cool on a wire cooling rack before cutting into the bread.  Keep it on the counter in a freezer bag or an airtight container.
