Sourdough Pumpkin Bread

Full of pumpkin puree and warm Fall spices, this Sourdough Pumpkin Bread is a great way to use some of your sourdough discard.

Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together in a large bowl.

Add the sourdough starter, eggs, and vanilla to the bowl.

Mix in the pumpkin puree and combine all the ingredients until the batter is smooth,

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.  Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick is inserted and comes out clean.

Allow the bread to cool before cutting into it.
