Instant Pot  Creme Brulee

This Instant Pot Crème Brulee recipe is silky smooth, full of vanilla flavor, and topped with a crispy sugar toppings. It's an easy recipe to make in your Instant Pot and will soon become a new family favorite recipe!

Place the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium saucepan.  Heat the ingredients until it reaches 120 degrees.

Separate the eggs from the egg whites.  Place the eggs in a liquid measuring cup.

Mix the egg mixture with the milk mixture and mix well.

Pour the custard mixture into the mason jars.  Cover them with aluminum foil and place the jars on a trivet in the Instant Pot.

Low pressure cook the creme brulee for 14 minutes and then let the pressure naturally release.  Let the custard cups cool for 2 hours.  Then refrigerate and when you are ready to serve, add sugar and broil.
