Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and all purpose flour. Set that aside.
Cream together the oil and sugars in a large bowl. Mix well until the lumps are gone.
Add the orange juice, sourdough starter, eggs, and orange zest to the bowl and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mic until just combined. It's ok if there are a few lumps left in the bowl.
Gently fold in the cranberries to the batter. Do not overmix at this point. Overmixing will result in tough muffins.
Scoop the batter into muffin liners in a muffin tin and bake at 400 degrees for 22 minutes. Enjoy!
