Soft Brioche Dinner Rolls

These simple soft Brioche Dinner Rolls are easy to make, made with only a few simple ingredients, and ready in just a few hours. They are a must make at your next dinner party!

In a liquid measuring cup, add the warm milk and sprinkle the yeast on top of the milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

Add the egg, cubed butter, and yeast mixture to the stand mixer. Set the mixer on low speed for 8-10 minutes. The mixture will look very wet.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a clean kitchen towel and let it rise at room temperature for 90 minutes to 2 hours. The dough will look light and fluffy and double in size when it is ready.

Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces and shape the dough into balls. Place the dough balls in the prepared baking dish. Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap and let it rest for 1 hour.

Brush the egg mixture over the rolls. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown. Serve immediately.
