2 Ingredient  Pumpkin Spice Muffins

This 2 Ingredient Pumpkin Muffin recipe is so easy to make and the perfect make ahead breakfast during the Fall! Make a big batch on the weekends and enjoy them throughout the week!

Let’s get started!

Add the pumpkin puree


Add the pumpkin puree to a large bowl..

Add the dry ingredients


Add the cake mix to the large bowl and mix well.

Scoop the dough


Scoop the dough into muffin tins lined with cupcake liners.



Bake the muffins 18-20 minutes at 375 degrees.



Let the muffins cool before serving.

Pro Tip!

The dough is very thick.  Mix with an electric hand mixer or a wooden spoon. An ice cream scoop will ensure the batter is evenly distributed in the muffin tins.
