Preheat the oven to 375°. Grease and flour two loaf pans or one large cast iron skillet.

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook attachment.

Mix on low for 2-3 minutes until the dough comes together. The dough will be very wet and sticky.
