Instant Pot Hawaiian Chicken

Full of chicken chunks, pineapple, red bell pepper, and a tangy sauce, let the Instant Pot do that hard work for you at your next family dinner with this easy Instant Pot recipe!

Dice the chicken into bite sized pieces. Chop the bell pepper into bite sized pieces.

Add the can of pineapple and it's juice to the Instant Pot.

Add all the ingredients except the cornstarch to the Instant Pot. Stir all the ingredients to combine them.

Close the Instant Pot lid and make sure the knob is set to the sealing position. Set the cook time to 12 minutes on high pressure.

After 12 minutes of cook time, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release for 10 minutes. After the natural release is complete, quick release any remaining pressure, and open the lid.

Pour the cornstarch slurry back into the Instant Pot and set the Instant Pot to "Sauté". Cook until the sauce has thickened to your liking. Serve immediately over a bed of rice topped with green onions or sesame seeds.
