How to Make Corn in the Instant Pot

What's the easiest way to cook fresh or frozen corn cobs? In the Instant Pot of course! Instant Pot corn on the cob is ready in 10 minutes and cooks up perfectly every time!

Place the trivet insert into the inner pot. Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot.

Add the fresh or frozen corn cobs to the top of the trivet insert in the Instant Pot. The corn does not need to be in a single layer.

If you are not removing the husks from the corn, cut off an inch piece of the end of the ears so they fit into the pot.

Cover the Instant Pot and make sure the lid is set to the sealing position. Set the Instant Pot to 5 minutes on high pressure.

After the cooking cycle has finished, carefully quick release the pressure from the Instant Pot steam valve on top of the lid. Use tongs to remove the corn from the Instant Pot and serve.

If you are not serving the corn immediately, place the corn on a serving dish and cover the corn with aluminum foil to keep it warm.
