Blueberry French Toast Casserole

A sweet and simple breakfast, this Blueberry French Toast Casserole is perfect for a special occasion or for a make-ahead meal!

Preheat the oven to 375°. Mix together the milk and eggs.

Add the melted butter to the mixture and mix again.

Add the brown sugar and granulated sugar to the bowl and mix well.

In an even layer, add the cubed bread to the prepared baking dish.

Add the fresh or frozen blueberries to the baking dish.

Pour in the egg custard and bake for 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.  Serve with maple syrup and powdered sugar.
