2 Ingredient  Sweet Potato Rolls

These 2 Ingredient Sweet Potato Dinner Rolls are so easy to make, ready in less than an hour, and require no yeast at all!

Mix everything together and you have delicious dinner rolls ready in no time!

Mash the sweet potatoes


Mash the sweet potatoes into a puree with a potato masher.

Add the dry ingredients


Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well until you have a shaggy dough.

Scoop the dough


Scoop the dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.

Roll the dough


Rll the dough balls in your hands so they make a smooth dinner roll.



Bake the rolls for 15-20 minutes at 375 degrees.

Pro Tip!

The dough will look very shaggy at first, but keep mixing. The shaggy dough will come together into a smooth dough when you mix it. If you want, you can add the mixture to the bowl of a stand mixer and mix that way.
