Silver Dollar Pancakes

Perfectly golden brown and fluffy, these mini silver dollar pancakes are a delicious breakfast to enjoy any time of the week!

Mix together the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

Mix together the wet ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.

With a tablespoon measuring spoon, add the batter to the hot nonstick pan.

Let the pancakes cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side and then flip them over and let them cook for 1-2 minutes on the second side.  Serve with maple syrup and butter.
