Add the vegetables to a food processor and process until the vegetables are minced.
Add the lean ground beef to the veggies and saute for 3-4 minutes.
Make sure to scrape the bottom of the pot. Add the crushed tomatoes and give the sauce a good stir.
Add the beef broth, Italian seasoning, and beef broth. Cover and cook for 7 minutes on high pressure. Natural release the pressure.
Add a splash of heavy cream and stir. Serve immediately with parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
