Full of Fall flavors and sweet applesauce, these light and fluffy cinnamon Applesauce pancakes are a must make on Fall weekends!
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set that aside.
Add milk, eggs, and applesauce to a large bowl or a liquid measuring cup.
Add the dry ingredients to the bowl with the wet ingredients.
Add the pancake batter to a lightly buttered pan. Cook for 2 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other.
Flip the pancake over and cook the other side until it is golden brown.
