This festive Christmas Focaccia bread is made with fresh rosemary, cherry tomatoes, and an easy focaccia dough.
Add the water and yeast to a liquid measuring cup and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
Add the flour, salt, and yeast mixture to the bowl of a stand mixer.
Place the dough in an olive oil coated baking dish and let it rise for 60 minutes.
When the dough has doubled in size, press your fingertips into it and sprinkle with salt and olive oil.
Arrange the rosemary sprigs on the top of the dough.
Press the cherry tomatoes into the dough. These are the ornaments of the Christmas tree.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the focaccia is golden brown.
