Lemon Bars  (with Cake Mix!)

When you need a quick dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth, these 2 Ingredient Lemon Bars are the dessert for you! Full of lemon pie filling and cake mix, it doesn't get easier than this!

Preheat the oven to 375°. In a large bowl, add the lemon pie filling.

Add the lemon cake mix and mix well with a wooden spoon or a rubber spatula.

Make sure the box cake mix is mixed well into the lemon filling.  For more lemon flavor, add lemon zest or lemon juice at this point.

Grease a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or melted butter.  Add the batter to the baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top of the cake is golden brown.

Be sure to cool the baking dish to room temperature before trying to cut them into lemon squares. This will make sure the bars stay together and don't fall apart.
