Add the dry ingredients to a large bowl. Mix them well to incorporate the ingredients.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients in the large mixing bowl.
Mix the ingredients together until a batter forms. Do not overmix. It's ok if there are a few lumps left in the batter.
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop the batter into the nonstick pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles come up through the pancake batter.
Cook the pancakes on both sides until golden brown and fluffy.
As the pancake batter sits, it tends to thicken. If this happens, don't be afraid to add some more milk for thinner pancakes.
