Blueberry Bisquick Coffee Cake

Ready in under an hour, this easy Blueberry Bisquick Coffee Cake is the perfect recipe to add to your brunch menu!

Preheat the oven to 375°. In a large bowl, mix together the milk, sugar, and large egg.

Add the Bisquick mix to the wet ingredients and mix again.

Fold in the fresh blueberries and pour the batter into a greased square baking pan.

In a separate bowl, mix together the ground cinnamon, butter cubes, light brown sugar, and Bisquick mix.  With a pastry cutter, mix until large crumbles form.

Top the batter with the crumbles and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick is inserted into the center and comes out clean.
