Baked Eggnog Donuts

Full of holiday flavors, these baked eggnog donuts are light, fluffy, and a perfect treat for breakfast during the holidays! Ready in less than 30 minutes, these baked donuts will impress all your guests this holiday season!

– 1 ½ cups All Purpose Flour – 2 teaspoon Baking Powder – ½ teaspoon Salt – ½ cup Sugar – 1 large Egg – 1 cup Eggnog Your favorite variety – ¼ cup Coconut Oil Or vegetable oil – 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract – ½ teaspoon Cinnamon – ½ teaspoon Nutmeg Freshly grated, if possible For the Glaze – ⅓ cup Powdered Sugar – 2 tablespoon Eggnog

 In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well and set aside.

In a medium bowl, mix together the eggnog, egg, sugar, vanilla, coconut oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to combine.

– Pour the batter into a gallon sized Ziploc bag. Cut off the corner of the bag and pipe the batter into the donut pans.

While the donuts are cooling, mix together the powdered sugar and eggnog. If the glaze is too thin for your liking, add more powdered sugar, a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
