5 Ingredient  Yogurt Bagels

No yeast, no boiling, and no waiting, these 5 Ingredient Bagels are ready in under an hour and so easy to make! They are perfect for breakfast, brunch, or lunch!

Add all the ingredients to the bowl of the stand mixer fitted with the hook attachment.  Do not add the eggs.

When the dough comes together it is ready to be shaped.

Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out the dough.  This will ensure the dough balls are all the same size.

Shape the dough into bagel shapes and place them on a baking sheet.

Brush the bagels with the egg wash and top the bagels with sesame seeds or poppy seeds.  Bake until golden brown.
