This 3 Ingredient Hot Cocoa Fudge is an easy and delicious treat to enjoy throughout the holiday season! The best part is there's no need to use a candy thermometer!
Create a double boiler by adding an inch of water to a saucepan and topping the pan with a large melt bowl. Make sure the water does not touch the bottom of the pan.
Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Set that aside. Over medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly.
When the fudge melts completely, carefully pour it into the prepared baking dish. Top it with the marshmallow bits. Press the bits into the fudge a little to make sure they stick.
Place the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to harden the fudge. You can also leave it at room temperature for at least 4 hours until hardened.
To make this in the microwave, add the sweetened condensed milk and the chocolate chips to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 1 minute increments. Stir and then pour it into the prepared baking dish.
